MISSOULA COUNTY

The Montana state constitution requires that local governments ask residents every 10 years if they would like to study their local form of government.

I designed a presentation and postcard that were used during interviews and focus groups to help the county determine if pursuing self-governance powers made sense.

I also provided “topic-monitoring” research to further inform the county.
